17:00 (北京時間,節假日除外)在安徽省合肥市祁門路 1779 號安徽國貿大廈 1404 室向安
徽安天利信工程管理股份有限公司遞交投標申請并購買招標文件（提供法人代表授權
書原件和制造商授權書原件，制造商直接投標的提供制造商資格證明材料的原件），
本招標文件每套售價 1500 元人民幣或 220 美元，售后不退。
四、 所有投標書應于 2023 年 6 月 20 日北京時間下午 14:30 之前交到安徽安天利信工程管
理股份有限公司。
五、 茲定于 2023 年 6 月 20 日北京時間下午 14:30，在安徽省合肥市祁門路 1779 號安徽國
貿大廈 504 會議室公開開標。屆時請參加投標的代表出席開標儀式。

1. Anhui Ahtech Lixin Engineering Management CO.,Ltd.,entrusted by the purchaser,
invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the
following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.

2. Interested eligible bidders August obtain further information from the office ofAnhui

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested bidder on the
submission of a written application (including provide the original letter of authorization
by the legal representative; provide the original letter of authority from the manfacturer,or
the original manufacture's qualification statement when the manufacture comes to
applicate; otherwise the application shall not be accepted) to Anhui Ahtech Lixin
Engineering Management CO.,Ltd. between 9:00-11:00, 14:30-17:00 (Beijing time)
starting from May30th,2023 to June 6th,2023 at Room 1404, Anhui International Trade
Masion, No.1779, Qimen Road, Hefei, Anhui Province.(Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
except) , and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of RMB1500 or USD220 for each
package of bidding documents.
4. Bids must be delivered to Anhui Ahtech Lixin Engineering Management CO.,Ltd. on or
before 14:30 (Beijing time) on June 20th, 2023.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at
14:30, on June 20th , 2023. (Beijing time) at Confrence Room 504, Anhui International
